Nashville Shores acquired by former Six Flags execs

An investor group led by former executives of Six Flags Inc. has acquired Nashville Shores Water Park and Marina.
The transaction includes the water park, a marina, a boat rental business and about 385 acres of land and water.

Financial terms of the transaction weren’t disclosed.
